Isaiah 55:8-9 in the King James Version reads:

8For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

God freely invites all to come and be satisfied, promises an everlasting covenant, declares his word effective, and foretells joyful restoration where nature celebrates and thorns become fruitful trees.
