Revelation 21:4 in the King James Version reads:
4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Revelation 21 describes the new heaven and the new earth and the descent of the new Jerusalem, where God dwells with his people and wipes away every tear.
