Revelation 3:20 in the King James Version reads:

20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

What it says

Messages to three churches: Sardis is warned of spiritual death, Philadelphia is promised an open door, and Laodicea is rebuked for lukewarmness, including the passage about Christ knocking at the door.
